This was the best pedicure I have ever experienced and well worth the money. Willow Stream is fortunate to have Rudolfo represent them. I plan to go back to Rudolfo for all of my pedicures going forward.
There were mayyybe a total of 2 chopped shrimp in it and it was very bland - needed more salt and lime. And for $17?! I complained to the server but she didn't do anything about it. Don't order it! Overall, fantastic experience, I will definitely be back. Although I may have to eat elsewhere.
Needless to say, the cost of the entire lunch was still less than what the 'neighbor' rate discount on the treatments would have been. I was just disappointed by the way it was handled by the Spa.

My sister and I had appointments at the spa ending at 5:30pm. I was not told at booking that the spa would be closing 30 minutes after our appointments or I would have chosen an earlier time slot.
The facials were very well done, using nice products and quite experienced therapists. My sister's therapist mentioned the 'Good Neighbor' policy that extends discounts of some kind to guests who live nearby (I do). I went back to the check - in desk to ask about this, and was given a fairly vague and rather rude response and told to 'fill out a card for next time'. Conversely, we went to the Big 3 restaurant for lunch, and our server asked us immediately if we were locals, and automatically gave us a 20% discount. Needless to say, the cost of the entire lunch was still less than what the 'neighbor' rate discount on the treatments would have been. I was just disappointed by the way it was handled by the Spa. It seemed like they were trying to avoid the whole thing.
They should have surveys for their clients to get a real idea of what's really going on there. All of this makes it seem like more of a hassle to be there than a relaxing time. Not to mention that they have increased their prices.
Takes the crown for Best Day Spa! The elegant Spanish mission–style Spa boasts an enviable location atop an ancient thermal mineral spring, flowing from 1,100 feet (335 meters) below the surface. The tranquility and beauty of this environment is echoed throughout the 40,000-square-foot (3,700-square-meter) bathhouse. Offers endless opportunities to find your energy—whether it’s relaxing by the inviting fireplace or in a private cabana complete with a stocked refrigerator, soaking in our mineral baths and Watsu® pool, or indulging in one of our signature treatments.
Perfect pressure and pace, seamless transitions, I even dozed off several times which is always a sign of a great experience! Give that man a raise!! In order to have access to the spa facilities on the weekend, non-guests must spend at least $239 on treatments which is pretty steep, but ended up being so worth it. You get free valet parking, access to their mineral baths, steam room, sauna, relaxation room, free snacks & tea, food & drinks served poolside (not free), locker room access, wifi, and not to mention one of the best massages of your damn life!
So, why 4 stars? This place has lost a little of its touch when it comes to ensuring a quiet setting. People in the quiet spa ritual bath area are now a little more rambunctious, but it doesn't take away from the services provided. Let it be known that you will be dropping a good amount of money for your treatment and time here, so use it wisely. Spend the day lounging around and getting your money's worth, whether it for a massage, facial, or what.

In-credible massage! Tied for best massage of my life! Massages at spas are oftentimes pretty disappointing, especially relaxation/Swedish treatments - you can typically pay a third of the price for a much better massage at a more low key establishment, but I really wanted the full spa experience today.and this place did not disappoint. I opted for a treatment that included a 30 min scrub with prickly pear gel wrap & a 90-minute relaxation massage. Simeon was so wonderful I wanted to propose when it was over!
For the rest of the day, we floated around in the mineral pool. They had the most comfortable pool chairs I have EVER sat in, and we ordered some shrimp ceviche that was delish.
We arrived an hour early after our morning hike to relax in the outdoor 98 degrees mineral pool and enjoy the bathing rituals. My daughter was a little freaked out that there was so many men in the co-Ed facility but I reassured her that she was fine. They are typically with their partners and they are 70 + and they drive lambos:p The Sonoma Organic Lavender Kur was a very relaxing treatment. They ended up giving my daughter and I the couples version (probaly because they were packed) and my daughter and I ended up taking the lavender bubble bath together. It was a little awkward for her but I told her not to worry about it. The bath was very hot and luxurious and had added petitgrain and seaweed extracts.
In my opinion part of what makes a spa day is not only the treatment but relaxing and enjoying the amenities afterward. When my sister and I tried to enjoy the spa amenities after our treatments we were very rudely ushered out of the spa by multiple people - talk about ruining any relaxation benefit I had achieved from my massage. A women from the desk followed us into the steam room as we walked in just to check it out to again tell us needed to be leaving.
They tell you whatever is convenient for them. The staff start cleaning and removing things for closing waaay to early. They make you feel like you're in their way and make you feel hurried even hours before closing time. Their demeanor has also changed from friendly and warm to firm and business-like. Management REALLY needs to look at the reviews here and rethink their vision, values and most importantly, training.

I just returned from a lovely day at the Willow Creek Spa. I checked in at the Spa front desk, and asked to pay the bill for both my facial and my sister's (it was her birthday). The cost was substantial and included an 18% gratuity, which was fine. The facials were very well done, using nice products and quite experienced therapists. Where I must be present and getting the same treatment. I was excited that she recently turned 18 and we can finally share a spa day together ~ I really wanted to try the Harvest Kur, one of the spas signature treatments but they didn't have the space for it even on a weekday because it requires multiple rooms. The Harvest Kur seemed so appropriate for Fall and it uses local products and includes a exfoliation, bubble bath, mud wrap, and a idyllic full-body massage with grape seed oil. My daughter and I both agreed that we wanted a extended treatment so I booked us both the Lavender Kur which was another very popular spa treatment. It was available for couples but it meant that we would share a bubble bath together so I specifically requested for separate services, which btw is so romantic because I don't know of any spas in LA that allows that.
We were also supposed to be given a glass of sparkling wine with our treatment and were not offered the sparkling wine at all. Upon entering the locker room, the locker room attendant was not happy about us wanting to shower (to wash the oil off our bodies from our treatments) that she hovered around us and stood right next to us as we toweled off and retrieved our clothing and tried to get dressed- awkward! She slammed the door to my sister's locker as soon as she grabbed her purse from it, and was so rude about ushering us out that I had to leave with a towel on my head.
You can also search near a city, place, or address instead. Wonderful, Luxurious and Relaxing. I had a wonderful Mother's Day getaway here and surprisingly did zero wine tasting. The hubby and I hunkered down, did all things spa and enjoyed the amenities for two days straight. Important things to note; the pools are all THERMAL and are so good for reinvigorated muscle recovery after your massage.
We rented a private cabana for one day at the Willow Stream Spa to celebrate our mom's birthday. It came with a fully stocked drinks cooler and a fruit tray.
I wanted to take a moment to update a post as the hotel has bent ov. Er backwards to make.this right. The General Manager read my post and literally tracked me down in my meeting to apologize for the inconvenience. He personally handled the checkin and delivered a room key to me in my meeting. He upgraded my room to a suite which is lovely and left a bottle of wine and some cheese to boot! In a final act of contrition -- which was completely unnecessary as he had already convinced me that what happened was completely out of character for the property's culture -- he personally met me at end of my meeting to escort me to my room. Again, would have been more than satisfied with a nice apology and the short-circuited check-in but the GM showed me the true heart of the hotel.
