This map is fairly decent for a first map, although it has the advantange of using a lot of buildings from the original vice city game whch means that the download size is fairly small in comparison. There are weapons located around the islands as well as helicopter and car spawn points meaning that you will be able to more around them fairly easily, there is a respawn point on the islands so if you are killed you will respawn there. Overall a fairly good map modification, although you might want to use more off road vehicles as there are almost no roads on the island.
